Kumalo Sports Club produced a solid performance to record a 2–0 victory over Cranes Football Club Olwiyo from Nwoya District in an entertaining encounter.

Geoffrey Onekalit gave Kumalo an early lead with a goal in the 2nd minute and completed his first-half brace in the 17th minute to put the visitors under pressure before halftime.

In the second half, both teams battled hard in midfield, with Cranes FC Olwiyo pressing and Kumalo defending well, but neither side scored, allowing Kumalo to secure a 2–0 victory.
