Kumalo Sports Club produced a dominant performance as they defeated Winterberry 4–0 to secure their place in the semi-finals of the CCU Mental Health Soccer Tournament 2025.
Odong Andrew starred in the victory, scoring in the 8th and 43rd minutes, His outstanding contribution earned him the Man of the Match award. Nelson Okot also added his name to the scoresheet with a well-taken goal in the 39th minute, giving Kumalo full control before halftime.
In the second half, Onekalit Geoffrey sealed the win with a composed finish in the 61st minute, following Andrew’s brilliant assist.
The emphatic victory sends Kumalo Sports Club into the semi-finals, where they will face Blue Zone Laliya Football Club on Friday, 7t.11.2025 at 9:00am.
